How are you all doing?  We're doing just fine.

Ryley has been trying to cut his two upper front teeth.  Thursday the 22nd and Friday the 23rd he was miserable; a neighbour even commented on it.  Kind of makes you feel bad, except they don't usually hear too much from Ryley unless he's yelling across the street to Terry, and Terry hollers back.  Terry sits out on his porch and watches the neighbourhood.   Mom and Dad got to meet him, and the children seem to like him. 

Ryley had his first trip to the US, this past weekend we went to Kalispell, Montana.  We left on Thursday night and drove to Fernie where we spent the first night.  It was a nice way to break up the drive down.  The next morning (Friday) we drove down to Kalispell and spent Friday and Saturday shopping and eating.  The prices on clothes, shoes and toys are generally much better across the border.  Ryley went swimming a couple of times in the hotel pool.  He just loves the water.  Sunday we headed back and stopped for a couple of hours in Whitefish.
