Sorry it has been a while since we wrote an update, but it seems like we have been busy...

For anyone who does not know Jennifer's Grammy Robinson passed away on January 21st after a brief battle with cancer.  She passed away peacefully early in the morning surrounded by family.

Ryley has been growing like a weed.  It is amazing how big he is getting.  He now has 11 teeth and sure is using his mouth.  He has a fairly large vocabulary or words he understands and uses.  He is also repeating just about everything we say so it is time to start watching what we say.  Ryley loves going swimming and sledding so we are keeping him very busy.  This weekend is going to be his first time skating; Ron's company is having a skating party at the Olympic Oval so we got him a pair of bob-skates and are heading up there.

Ryley's puppy is growing up... she is now 4 months old and outweighs him by a fair bit.  They are the best of friends.  It is so much fun to watch the two of them play together; they are all over each other.  She is normally very gentle with him, he is not so gentle with her.

Ron has started working from home on a trial basis for a month.  Most of his work involves conference calls with people all over North America and what doesn't can be done from home as easily as at the office.  So far he loves working at home.  He has eliminated almost 2 hours from his daily commute.

Jennifer's work is going well.  The last 2 weeks she has only worked 3 hours a day, so has had a lot of extra time to spend with Ryley.  She is going to be going to Banff for a 2 day conference so Dad and Ryley are going to be spending a lot of time together over the next few days.
