Hi Everyone,

Life has obviously been very busy as we have fallen behind in getting our updates out.  We have been working and playing too much...

Ryley is now 2 years old.  He had his 2nd birthday party on September 11th and had a bunch of little friends over.  Of course with kids their age the parents were there too, so we had a big BBQ with about 30 people.  Ryley got a bunch of really cool gifts and had a great time playing with everyone at his house.

He now has 14 teeth, is 34 inches tall and 27 pounds.  He is growing into such a little man.  He loves riding his bike, both the 2 wheeler and the tricycle.  We take Ryley for bike rides on the back of our bike.  He really enjoys those rides and can't get enough of them.  He is very helpful around the house and the yard.  He like cutting the grass and helping Dad with all the yard work.

Ron is still working at Home Depot part time and enjoying that.  His 'real' job is very busy now as they are deploying several clients at once.  He still works from home, but is afraid to turn the heat up due to the high cost of natural gas.

Jennifer still has the same job with the 30 hour work week.  Everything is going very well there.  They are going to be going to Banff again this year for a weekend and then have a big trip planned to Las Vegas for a week.  Ron is going to have a very interesting time dealing with Ryley for that week.  The braces are still going well.  The teeth are starting to move, but she wants them to move quicker.  Hopefully they will be off by next summer.

We went to Banff last weekend and had a great time shopping, eating and swimming in the hot tub.  Ryley loves going swimming; we try to take him to the pool once or twice a month.  He now likes to wear the lifejacket and float by himself.  He goes down the slide alone and like jumping from the side into the water.
